You should be able to use it through the G Hub software as well, instead of being forced to install two separate pieces of software.

Even if it's unintentional it's ridiculous that their most expensive productivity aimed mouse doesn't support normal macros. The MX Master 3 on the other hand, which I hoped I was going to use is gimped by supporting only single key key combinations, and not any sort of macros.Ĭonsidering that I should be able to use my first choice anyway, which is the MX Master 3 that is intentionally gimped on the software side, I guess it's a good thing that I don't give Logitech any more money. Instead the wheel is very wobbly, loud, and when unlocked it's very hard to control (doesn't have automatic switching between locked and unlocked mode like the MX Master 3). However the scroll wheel was a huge disappointment in the first place, I expected something similar to the MX Master 3. It wasn't my first choice, due to the infinite scroll on the G604.

I'll be returning mine and purchasing the Razer Naga Pro instead. I'm just creating this thread for anyone considering this combo, that the issues are still on-going and there's no point in purchasing this mouse. Since the first reports are dating back more than 2 years ago, when the mouse was released and even before "official" mouse support was added in iPad OS, I wouldn't hold my breath for this issue to be fixed.

My Logitech MX Master 3 mouse and my Microsoft Designed Bluetooth mouse work normally via Bluetooth on the iPad.Īfter searching a bit online, I found that other people are also experiencing the same and it seems to be some specific issue between the G604 and iPad. If you forget and repair the mouse, it will work normally for a bit longer but bug out soon after and revert to the same position.Ĭonnected via the 2.4Ghz module, there are no issues - tracking is smooth and slow. If you reconnect the mouse, it will work normally for 4-5 seconds, then suddenly it will bug out - mouse tracking will become much faster and the lagging starts. The mouse was moving quickly, and the lag was visible even when panning in drawings. I noticed horrible mouse tracking/stuttering/lag issues when in bluetooth mode. I just bought a G604 mouse for the on-board macro support and bluetooth connectivity, so I can use it on my iPad Pro without any dongles.
